This is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams, including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

Also If you go to the following link you will get some info on ID theft www.identity-theft.org.uk the iinternet is safe enough if you are careful but please answer nothing that you are doubtful about.Good Luck and be careful
Reply:Why would anyone arbitrarily single you out for personal info unless it is obviously a scam? This reeks of scam. Personal info for a lottery? Why would any lottery request personal info? Either your numbers match theirs and you win, or it doesn't. It's not an evaluation of your personal life to see if you're worthy of winning. Either you did or you didn't. There's no evaluation whatsoever except being of age to pay the taxes to the IRS.

Did you buy a ticket for any lottery? Nobody's giving away winning lottery tickets if you answer their questions. If they claim to be associated with Yahoo! contact Yahoo! for verification and if Yahoo! says there is no such lottery, now you know it's a scam. Click on that URL and let's see if there really is one. Why haven't I heard about this? Why wasn't it well publicized ahead of time? Have you seen this advertised here on Yahoo!?

And why would they need a doctor? Ask Yahoo! about that yahoo and let's see if there is any such doctor. Lotteries do not hire doctors. Lotteries want accountants, number crunchers, statistics, odds-makers. They have to get permission and be verified for their fairness. They are the ones that are asked the questions.

When you answer back you are letting them know how to contact you to scam you/spam you again. They always want to know how to contact a sucker. I can smell their stink all the way over here. I wouldn't waste my time on that.
Reply:This is BS. Don't respond. Yahoo doesn't send emails like this. Anyone can set up a yahoo email account. True administrative yahoo emails come from Yahoo-inc.com and they never ask you for personally identifiable information.

Bad news: You've won nothing.

Good news: You knew enough to be suspicious of this email!!!!
Reply:"Thomas Johnson" is such a bland white name it must be fake!!!
