Can a third party not the email list retrieve our email content. We r very sure we did not add the third party in %26amp; the email acc we're using are our own company email acc. which means 3 different companies.

As said hard to answer without a lot more information, but in essence yes, a 3rd party can retrieve e-mail content, but to do this they need access to you account or domain.
