I requested for a new password for my Messenger on the "forgot password" tab. I answered the necessary questions and ask for a new password but the alternate email I had is not working, where a temporary password would be forwarded. I still have my old password but could not open my email since Yahoo send me a new one on the alternate email. How can I retain my old password and disregard that yahoo send to my alternate email ad?
