Email from messagecenterservice@live.com asking for UserName, Password, DOB. Is this from Yahoo? Legit? Scam?

due to the anonymous registration of Yahoo accounts so we are shutting


down some Yahoo accounts and your account was among those to be deleted.

Definitely don't do it...my boyfriend gets e-mails like this from some places that he never subscribed to! Yahoo already has all of this information (password, date of birth, country) from when you registered for your account, so I believe that they would be contacting you in a different way, not asking for this personal info. I hope this helps!
