Email white list?

I have a 3 year old a web site that sells downloadable material. About 3 weeks ago, many of my customers with yahoo addresses started experiencing trouble with receiving the email from their order from our site. It appears that YOUR spam filters have targeted our site email. Either I need to get our email on your white list for good sites or I will recommend to the hundreds of my customers to DROP yahoo emails and stop using your service. The email products are coming from cutscuts@cutscuts.com. THIS is a GOOD email,,, Thank You
