Yahoo Blocked Email?

I work for a small business that was hacked in December. It seems that somehow our domain based emails have ended up on Yahoo's abuse list. I have contact Yahoo help SEVERAL times and always recieve this generic email that says to list the problem and they will get back with me. I cannot even begin to guess how many times I have sent them the returned email and practically begged to be helped. We use email to communicate with our clients and since Dec any client that uses a Yahoo email (or Yahoo owned email) we have to email using our personal email accounts, which looks pretty unprofessional. Does anyone know how to get off this "black list" or have a phone number I can call? I have call Small Business Support, but since Yahoo doesn't host our domain anymore (they were the host when it was hacked) they couldn't help us. It is getting so frustrating to have to check several email accounts all day. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Reply:it is not about blakc list, I thought it was, but the true is that yahoo is having extremally serious problem with their email system for last 3 weeks. It is only getting worse day by day, basically yahoo mail is 100% unreliable now.





The only solution now is to abandon yahoo email.
