On the page, click "cecil@chicagoreader.com" near the bottom of the screen.
You'll see a nice looking email screen. (The same thing happens with a clicked email address on many other sites.)
However, the screen has no "Send" icon." How come? (I suspect I'm supposed to have Word as some sort of default Outlook Express program, but I'm just guessing.)
The problem is not crucial, since I can copy the email address and send an email from Outtlook Express. But it would be more convenient to do so by just clicking the email address the site gives.

Email question?
You need to make Outlook Express your default mail program.
If you are using Internet Explorer browser, to do this, look at for the different versions of IE:
