I have an email account for communicating with members of a club, so I have to email up to 200 people at one time. Initially there was no problem but now Hotmail refused to forward the email to a recipient even though my address is in their 'contact' list. Even a simple 'reply' to a member's email is blocked.

You are probable on a Hotmail spam list.
Hotmail blocked your e-mail because it thinks your IP address is generating spam and your not alone.

Reply:Your friend may have inadvertenly hit the spam buttom instead of delete.
This happens a lot.
He will have to reinstate you as a good contact
