Is this email genuine has anyone ever recieved an email like this ?

its from "Cinderella" who emailed my yahoo email address, here it is :

Hi! I'm a single girl and I'm 26 years old. Please take a look at my

pictures and let me know if you like them! I live in Russia and I'm

going to come to your country and work over there very soon! I don't know

anybody over there and I thought it would be great to meet someone who is open to

anything (as I am!). I would be happy to be friends, lovers or create

a serious relationship! We will see what happens!

I hope you will write me back and I will write more info about myself

and send more photos!!!!!!!!!!!

I am writing from my friend's email

address, so please make sure you do not reply directly to this email.

Email me at ************* only.

if you don't use my personal email address then I won't be able to read

your reply and write you back. So it is very important that you get it right.

Ok, I guess it is now your turn. Hope to hear from you today. Bye!!

btw, i got your email from dating website

Is this email genuine has anyone ever recieved an email like this ?
Dude, just delete that email. I'm surprised you even opened it. There are MANY spam emails like these. Watch out, you'll most likely receive more emails from other "foreign girls," namely Cindy's "stepsisters."
Reply:I could almost guarantee it's from a porn website of some sort. Are you on a dating website? If you aren't then that's your first clue. I would just delete the e-mail.
Reply:Looks like ur in there.

Watch her mind, she might be possessive.
Reply:Is her last name 'Spam' by any chance?
Reply:The best thing to do is to make sure she/he doesn't get any of your personal info. There are so many scams. She/he could've gotten porn pics off of some foreign google site and this might not even be a girl. Don't contact it and definately don't try to meet her. This could be some murderer or rapist. Don't take the chance. Messed up people out there will do anything in order to get money or other stuff.
Reply:Um, first of all, she says "your country." That should be your first clue right there that this is a generic e-mail sent out to many others. Second, why is she writing from a friend's e-mail and not her own? Red flag #2. As a general rule of thumb, if it's too good to be true, it probably is! Delete it right away and continue to ignore any other scams like it.
Reply:wow, block her immediately,...don't give your email addy or write back, ...this is a scam......http://www.eastmeetwest.com/russian-scam...
Reply:Dude, either the first guy is right and you are about to score some serious Russian pootang, or you've been duped.

Send me your credit card number and I'd send you pictures too. lol
Reply:OMG be careful, don't go anywhere with her without a chaperon (she could accuse you of rape or assault) and do not give her any money. There are too many scams going on via email that I would err on the side of caution.
Reply:Be careful because they have so many scams going on out there. Send her an email back but do not under any circumstances give out any personal info on yourself such as bank account nos. or credit card nos. S.S nos. or such. And then if you feel safe with this become a pen pal first and see what happens but I can tell you that most people lie about how they look so be very careful with that. I did the dating thing through a service and most people look nothing like they describe or show. Most guys were amazed when they saw me because I was truthful and they always asked me why are you on a dating service. What's wrong with you? I would just answer I wanted to meet new people which was the truth. Just keep your eyes and ears open at all times.
Reply:Dude, this has got to be real! You should put all your hopes into this and totally prepare for when she comes to America! You're so god damn lucky...

Man, I wish I got an email like that.

(I hope my immense sarcasm is represented well in this message)
Reply:Listen, a cool guy like you doesn't need some Russian immigrant who has to line up dates in another country in order to feel secure.

This email has "phony" and "scam" written all over it. The attempt to control your response, etc, the "pretty photos" to get you interested...these are all classic con tactics that lure you in until you can't get out again.

Stick to the local scene, and you'll score safely and well.
