Email shown as "sent" never reach recipients when sent via my yahoo email address?

Hi All!

It's my first time here and I look forward to your response.

When I want to send mail with Yahoo, I simply click on the little envelope sign in Yahoo Messenger (which is open all the time)and it opens up a new IE page for Yahoo Mail, which requests me to sign in again. As soon as I'd signed in, I get another "pop-up" message from Yahoo Messenger stating that, as I'd signed in via another computer, it would close down.

I receive email, compose email and can even click on the forward, reply or send buttons - BUT even though all those mails reflect as "sent" in my Sent Items folder, they NEVER reach their destinations.

What am I doing wrong?

I sent an email to a school buddy and had one word in the subject line: "Hi". He did not receive it and I re-did the mail on my husbands desktop using his ISP email account. It did not go through due to a "spam" warning about the word "Hi".

Was my account blocked somewhere because of that one email?

Please help!
