Alternate email Account and User ID?

I am having all sorts of trouble with Yahoo -





I had a flash.net account and the email got moved over to Yahoo when flash.net bought it - so I got a new ID. I also was being charged for 2 or 3 years for dial-up that I didn't even know I had. So a few weeks ago I cancelled this as I was told that I could have free email and also keep both my flash.net email address and my yahoo email address. Today, all my email went dark. I logged on to my yahoo account and saw a message saying account suspended. It also asked if I wanted to "decouple" my email addresses - I have no idea what that is. I got to where somehow I could access my mail, but only my yahoo email address works - not my flash.net email address (the one that everyone uses). I just upgraded to Mail Plus but that didn't resolve anything - nor does it seem to let me see anything about my flash.net email that worked fine just yesterday.

write the company and explain this...and call the company and let them know that you shouldn't be charged those dial up services and they need to remove them and restore your services..
