Please help me for my English email?

Hi all, i want to send an email to a company and i need your help to improve it.


my story: i had sent a form to a company that there was a delivery section in it which if i fill it they will be send me a letter by mail (not email). yesterday i recieved an email that they send me the letter by email (attached to email), so i want to reply them following email:


Dear Sir/Madam,


Thank you for your reply but as you could find my form attched to this email i fill out Delivery section in order to you send me the letter by mail (not email) . i need it to bring it o usa consulate. would you please mail original copy of the letter to my postal address and may i ask you kindly send a copy of letter by email to us consulate (email address).

Dear Sir or Madam


Thank you for your prompt reply. However, I had hoped to receive this letter through regular mail, rather than email. As you can see in the attached form, in the Delivery section I asked for the letter to be sent by mail, since I need to bring it to the US consulate. Would you please mail the original copy of the letter to my postal address? Could you please also send a copy of the letter, by email, to the US consulate at (........)? Thank you so much for all your assistance, I really appreciate it.

You could perhaps just forward the email to the US consulate if you already know the address, just an idea. Hope this helps
Reply:First of all, thank you for your prompt reply. Attached you will find the form I filled out with the delivery section stating that I needed the letter by regular mail not e-mail. I need to take the information to the USA Consulate as soon as possible. I would really appreciate for you to mail the orginal copy of the letter to my postal address and a copy of the letter via e-mail to the USA Consulate. Their email address is: ....@.....gov.

However, instead I received an electronic copy though my e-mail. Please could you mail the original copy of the letter to my postal address, thank you.
