Email Problems - BIGPOND?

Using Outlook 2007 I Have Input

Username Correct


Password Correct


username@mydomain.com





Now I Can SEND No Worries Internally


Now I Can RECIEVE No Worries Internally


Now By Internally I Mean I Can Send To Myself And Receive From Myself Using The Same Email Account





Now Externally Meaning If I Send Something From My Bigpond Email Account To A Hotmail Account For Example It Sends Right So So Far So Good.


Now If I Reply From My Hotmail Account It Never Gets The Email.





This Is A Common BIGPOND PROBLEM only sometimes its the other way around or both.


cant send and can only receive or cant send and recieve





but this time just can not recieve externally


internally from me to me fine sends and receives but wont recieve from anyone out there sending me a email. for example if you was to send me a email now i wouldnt get it unless i was to send one to me via the same account and outlook i would

Wow seems like you kinda going what i;m going thru,i cannot get any email from my account from no one i,i can email out what none can come in.they mail it but it goes who knows where,i have been complaining for 60days now.i use my sisters account as hers works on the same computer ..it;s like the twilight zone ..lots of luck with yours and hope you get it straightened out soon..Make a report to the mail service and the guy can do a check and tell you if you email is in working order.it may take a few days though to get back,lots of luck.
