I can't read the incoming email. It's shown only the empty space with error on page.Can you help me to fix it?

My email can receive incoming email, but I can not read it, because the text message do not appears. It has shown only the empty space (paper). And at status bar appears “error on page". Is there any of you can help me to fix it?





My situation or problems can be described as follows:





1. I can Log-in as usual, no problems


2. I can click INBOX menu, and then appear the incoming emails as usual, no problems.


3. But, if I want to see or click any email from INBOX menu, the message text does not appear, but only the header of the email such as: Date……, To….., From… and Subject…… etc. ( a copy that header as I sent you a few days ago).


On the same time appears: error on page at Status bar (the bar is just upward of the Start menu).





4. Under the header appears the empty space as much as the incoming email needs. When the email is long, the empty space is long and when the email is short, the empty space is short too.





5. The funny thing is: It’s look like that the font characters are white, so can not be seen or hiding somewhere. Because, I can make copy paste from the empty page, so, by making that copy I can still read the incoming email through it copy. So, I can read your email by copying it first. I found it just by chance, trial and error.





6. But I can not reply the incoming email by using the reply menu. I have to go to compose menu. And I can not use the forward menu as well.





7. By double-clicking the icon at status bar (where the error on page appears), I get the following situation:





a. When I double clicking the icon in the status bar, where the “error on page” shown is, appears the dialog box. On the dialog box is shown:





Problem with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar.





b. By double-clicking the “Detail” on the dialog box, and then clicking Previous/Next menu, appears the information about errors of one email (which consist of 6 groups of error) as follows:

a. The above errors are for one email or one email has 6 groups of error.


b. Or by clicking the Previous or Next Menu, for one email, it shown 6 (six) different errors, with summary as follows:





Line: subject to change (6 different figures or Line for one email)


Char: the figure is changed (6 different figures or Char for one


email)


Error: the error is change (between 4 errors)


Code: always the same (0)


URL: is equal for one email





c. If I click another email , I found the error with summary as follows:





Line: subject to change for every email I clicked


Char: the figure is equal for every email I clicked


Error: is equal for every email I clicked


Code: is equal for every email I clicked


URL: it look like different for every email I clicked ( I did not check


all email).





8. This problem is never happening before; it’s the first time and begins since last week.





9. I did your suggestion to enable javascript, but I could not find the menu Manage Add-On on the Tools menu.. So, it is not complete yet. And the problems is still there.





10. Other email account by using the same PC can operate or be used (functioning) as usual without any problems. For examples, my family can still open their email normally by using the same PC.
